This means we do not provide refunds or credits for:

  • Unused content or features within an active subscription period.
  • Your decision to stop using the Service before your current billing cycle ends.

Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current paid billing period, after which your subscription will not renew.

2. Free Trials

If you subscribe to a free trial, your payment method will be authorized but not charged until the trial period expires. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the free trial period ends if you do not wish to be charged. Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, the general non-refundable policy (Section 1) applies, and no refunds will be issued for charges incurred after the trial period.

3.2. Operational Errors by GlobalStreamTV: If a proven billing error has occurred on our part (e.g., duplicate charge for the same period), we will investigate and issue a refund for the erroneous charge.
